Easy Recipe for Tasty Low Sodium Wings!

Here's a quick and easy recipe that puts a healthy twist on spicy wings. Most of us love chicken wings that are spicy and sweet. The downside is that most wings are saturated in sodium. We manage to limit all of our ingredients to zero sodium with the exception of the chili sauce, Sriracha. The Tuong OT Sriracha (rooster on the label) contains 75mg per serving versus 190mg with Frank's Red Hot. Feel good that all other ingredients contain zero sodium.

This recipe is great and easy to scale in terms of quantity and the amount of heat or sweetness you desire. Be creative and rest assured the final product will be delicious. Try this recipe the next time you are craving wings or hosting a gathering. Enjoy!
