Kale and Spinach are my go to green leaf vegetables. You will be amazed with the amount of nutrients they contain and the easy preparation. Our goal is to be healthier, live longer and increase our quality of life.


Kale Chips Recipe

Lately, I have been reserving kale for kale chips. This is a great snack or it can be paired with a meal as a vegetable. It’s easy and the kids go crazy when I make this dish. I like to season the kale chips with my Signature Blend spice and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Watch the video below to see just how easy the dish is to make. Keep in mind it’s salt free and delicious!!!


Spinach vs Kale

Spinach is another great green leaf vegetable packed with so many nutrients. What I love about spinach is the easy prep. You can buy triple rinsed baby spinach in a prepackaged bag and it cooks in 2-3 minutes. I often prepare spinach in a skillet with a little olive oil and medium heat.
