To prepare the salmon, I started by generously seasoning the salmon with Signature Blend and then drizzling with extra virgin olive oil. Make sure you rub in the seasoning and olive oil. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Then pan fry in olive oil starting with flesh side down and then the sides to get a nice crust all around. Finish with turning the salmon skin side down and covering with a lid until the internal temperature is 145F.
