Recipes Featuring Donna Marie's Salt Free Seasonings

Southern Style Salmon Patties

Instructions:

1.Mix Signature Blend and  SweetBurn  in a small mixing bowl. Apply spices to both sides of salmon.

2.Transfer salmon to hot skillet (medium heat) coated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Brown both sides.

3.Before completely cooked transfer salmon to mixing bowl and section to allow fish to cool. 

4.Sprinkle salmon with flour, add sliced onions, beaten egg and bread crumbs to bowl.  Mix well.

5.Form patties and transfer to hot skillet (medium heat) coated with Extra Virgin Olive oil.  Brown both sides. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Drain on paper towels. 

 

Servings: 6-8

Ready In: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 TBSP Signature Blend

1 TBSP Sweet Burn

1 ½ Pounds of Fresh Salmon

2 TBSP Flour

1 Egg

½ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs

¼ Cup Sweet Onion thinly sliced

¼ Cup Green Onion thinly sliced

Southwestern Chili

Instructions:

  • Transfer coarsely diced onion to large pot under medium heat.

  • Allow onion to soften and transfer ground turkey to pot.

  • Combine Signture Blend and SweetBurn Boulevard in small dish and sprinkle over turkey and onion. 

  • Mix until turkey is fully cooked.

  • Add black beans, chili beans, corn, diced tomatoes and tomatoe paste.

 

  • Mix well and reduce heat to low medium for 10 minutes.

 

Serve with cheese and sour cream.  



Ingredients:

4 TBSP Signature Blend

2 TBSP SweetBurn 

16 oz of Lean Ground Turkey

1 medium Onion

One 8 oz can of Kuners Black Beans (no salt)

One 15 oz can of  Kuners Chili Beans (no salt)

Two 14.5 oz cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes (no salt)

4 oz of Frozen Corn

One 12 oz can Tomato Paste

Servings: 8

Ready In: 20 minutes

Skillet Crusted Chicken Breast Tenderloins

Instructions:

•Rinse and dry 6 chicken breast tenderloins

•Prepare Spice Paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of  Signature Blend spice with 1Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil until smooth.

•Apply Signature Blend Spice Paste to both sides of chicken

•When possible allow spice and meat to marinate for 2 to 24  hours in the refrigerator

•Heat skillet to medium high with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

•Transfer seasoned chicken to skillet

•Cook until a crust forms on both sides. Reduce heat until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F



Servings: 2-3

Ready In: 15 minutes
